TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. The Booker is responsible for the full fee (inc. VAT). If the Booker cancels the full fee (inc. VAT) is payable.
2. The fee is payable only to NVS Entertainment Agency and will be paid immediately. The expenses are payable within 14
days of the event upon receipt of suitable invoices.
3. Whilst every effort is made to get the Artist to the venue, NVS
Entertainment Agency will not be liable for any costs or loss of revenue due to the Artist not arriving at the venue due to
illness, transport, inclement weather or any other reason not in the direct control of NVS.
4. If the Artist is unable
to reach the Venue due to illness, transport, inclement weather or any other reason not in the direct control of NVS fees
paid will be returned within 14 days.
5. It is understood that any recording on any format of this event will be used
in an exclusively editorial capacity by the Media. As such the Booker undertakes not to utilise this material for any other
advertising, marketing or PR purpose.
6. It is recognised that the Artist has cleared this date with their employer. However,
contractually the employer has first option on the Artistes services at all times.
7. Any further agreements between Booker
and the Artist or the Artist’s representation within a period of one year from the date of this agreement will be negotiated
with NVS Entertainment Agency.
